I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel that had an excellent location right on the Grand Canal, located at the main Vaporetti station. The staff at the reception desk were very kind and helpful and advised me on things to do in the area and helped me with arrangements. The room amenities were fantastic and included a mini-bar, sitting area, terrace, and an in-room safe. The soundproofed rooms allowed me to get a great night's sleep and wake up refreshed for the day.
